I just came across this website because I'm trying to institute the Blessing of Easter Baskets into our church. I grew up Byzantine, but converted to Roman. I still miss some of those traditions as I look back. I grew up in western Pennsylvania worshiping at the Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton. I sure do miss those pirohis?
